CEO and Founder

From being a 30yr entrepreneur and Cosmetologist, Myisha's need and aspiration to help others achieve mental wellness led her into the fields of social work and chemical dependency. After graduating from Cuyahoga Community College, she then transferred to Youngstown State University earning a bachelors degree in Social Work with honors.

Eugene has been a dutiful employee at Majestic Steel, USA for 23yrs as a lead machine operator in charge of production and small business owner. As an advocate for the health and wellness of our youth, he has worked within the walls of his local church and "unc" to many generations. He is a father of 6 and is invested in assisting our youth secure a successful future.

Wife, mother and graduate of CSU and Case Western Reserve with a MPA, BA in Non-Profit Administration, and Career Executive Service Program training, Tanya is skilled with multiple disciplines of public management that she utilized during her 32yr career with Cuyahoga Job & Family Services. She is an advocate for people suffering due to multiple social injustices.

Manager of Business Development

Cynthia is a driven professional with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple tasks and consistently exceeding performance goals. She is employed with AA as Sr. Inflight Manager. She has been involved with the Flight Service Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team and passionate about helping anyone achieve their goals. She is also owner of a Credit Education Management Service.

Faye Curry

Outreach Manager/ Social Work Manager

Faye Curry, MSW and LSW, received her master’s degree from CSU and BSW from Ursuline College. Her career in social work includes providing counseling to at-risk youth, teens, and families. She has worked with victims of domestic violence, rape, and incest survivors. Her passion is helping others and ensuring that they are empowered and have the proper resources to help them live a successful and fulfilling life.

Debra Pittman

Fundraising Manager

Debra is a Administration Program Coordinator with experience in the coordinating, planning and support of daily operations at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. As Department Supervisor of Innovations with Cleveland, she was part of the marketing team working with outside vendors and facilitated contract reviews for sponsorships. She also worked with the legal department at CCF reviewing License and Confidential Disclosure Agreements.

William is a well-presented, highly personable, and decorated police officer with a keen sense of justice and drive to enforce the law by providing assurance to the public. He prides himself as a hard-working, pro-active and experienced police officer with an upbeat and positive attitude, who possess a good team spirit that can see a job through until it is completed.

Born in Buffalo, NY, and now residing in Northeast Ohio, Hamid is the 2nd oldest of 12 siblings. Hamid currently holds a degree in Public Administration, BA in Business Accounting and Political Science. Hamid shares our vision to assist at-risk youth by combating homelessness through educational programs, attaining their personal goals, and mental wellness.

Barbara Winston

Educational Liaison

Barbara is a Counselor/Associate Professor at Tri-C. She has a background in academic, career, and personal development counseling. She has a masters degree in education with a concentration in Community Agency Counseling from CSU. Barbara is a member of several professional counseling associations and is a member of Tri-C's Black Caucus and Black Diamond’s Women’s Initiative.

Michelle Kenney

Michelle Kenney

Community Liaison

Born and raised in Cleveland, Michelle received her BS Degree in Finance from The Tuskegee University and an MBA in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University. Michelle has over 20yrs as a financial professional and currently works for the Cleveland Municipal Court-Judicial Division as Finance Director. She is a member of AKA Sorority, Inc. and current member of the NAACP.
